Following up on our update for all My Design for My Planet contest winners eligible for trips to Copenhagen / London, we would like to ask everyone traveling to please complete this questionnaire , so that we can make further traveling arrangements.
As previously announced, both trips will take place the last week of August 2012 (August 24th / August 31st 2012). E-tickets and accommodation vouchers will be emailed to you 30 days before departure. You will receive per diems up to seven days before departure (one per diem equals 35 euro).
Individual emails will be sent out during the month of April with regards to detailed arrangements on flights (the airport of departure etc).
All those needing a visa should send an email to environment@nektarinanonprofi
The full programme of your stay will be emailed to you up to 30 days before departure. Unless needed, there will be no more public updates until early July, when a reminder will be sent out and posted on our website & Facebook page.
